Information collected

The contact channel collects the information you enter, including your name, email address, optional phone number, reason for contact, and message. The observation channel collects the encounter reference, optional time marker, observation, optional follow-up email, and consent acknowledgment. The Listening Brief collects contact details, the chosen listener name, optional pronunciation guidance, theme or occasion, listening preferences, constraints, intended personal-use context, Personal Voice Cue preference, and other answers you choose to provide. The Listening Brief does not upload or collect an audio recording; recording delivery is arranged separately only if the project moves forward.

Website activity

The site records limited first-party activity information such as pages viewed, listening-button events, form-submission events, referring host, a randomly generated session identifier, and basic abuse-prevention data. Inquiry, observation, and Listening Brief contents are not placed in website analytics.

How information is used

Information is used to receive and respond to inquiries, review listener observations and Listening Briefs, support requested follow-up, understand website operation, and protect submission channels from abuse. Sonik WRay does not sell personal information.

Storage and service providers

Accepted submissions and limited analytics are stored in the website database. Resend may process notification emails. Radio.co provides the live audio stream. Payment information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored in Sonik WRay website code.

Retention and choices

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations, and system security. Follow-up information is optional for listening observations. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the website contact form and identify the relevant submission or reference number.
